Obituary of Laura Lynn Oswald

Mrs. Laura Lynn Oswald, a resident of Ozark, and formerly of Janesville, Wisconsin, died, Thursday, April 1, 2021, at her home. She was 65 years old. A private memorial service will be held for Mrs. Oswald at a later date. Mrs. Oswald was born December 5, 1955 in West Allis, Wisconsin to the late Raymond Martin Holmes and Joyce Lavern Bassler Holmes. She worked with Lowe’s Millworks in Janesville, Wisconsin for several years until becoming disabled. Mrs. Oswald also did custom stained glass works along with teaching the art. She enjoyed making jewelry, working in her flower garden, being in the sun, reading books and riding her motorcycle with its sidecar. She was an avid pet owner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Robin Holmes. Survivors include her husband, Bruce Oswald of Ozark; two sons, Paul Oswald of Janesville, Wisconsin and Brad Oswald of Fulton, Wisconsin; three brothers, Marty Holmes of Panama City, Florida, Randy Holmes of Tomahawk, Wisconsin, and Scot Holmes of West Allis, Wisconsin. Three grandchildren, one great grandchild, several nieces and nephews also survive.
