Obituary of Carlos Sanchez Gonzalez

Mr. Carlos Gonzalez Sanchez, a resident of Oakview Manor in Ozark, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2025, in Dale Medical Center following a brief illness. He was 54 years old. Funeral services for Mr. Sanchez will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, February 13, 2025, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark with Father Chris Boutin officiating. Holman Funeral Home of Ozark has been entrusted with the local arrangements. The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Ozark Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until service time. Burial will be in Panteon San Nicolas Cemetery in Maravillas Zacatecas Mexico. Mr. Sanchez was born September 25, 1970 and raised in Zacatecas México, in a small rural area, ( las Huertas to be exact ). His parents are Martimiana Sanchez and Cruz Gonzalez; his siblings Ramiro, Juana, Alberto, Artemio, Manuel, Hortencia , Antonio . He went to school until the 3rd grade when his family needed him to help with the farming at a very young age along with his brothers. They helped his father take care of livestock and the land. When he was 17 years old, he met Sanjuanita the summer of 1988. Long before summer was over they both came to Texas where they got married and started a family. On June 1, 1989 was born a heathy 7lb 10 oz baby boy, Carlos Jr. and one year after, Carlos decided to get a better job and moved to Alabama by himself in hopes of a better future for his family. Three months later his wife and child followed him to Enterprise, Alabama. On July 20,1991 Miguel Adrian Gonzalez is born, followed by Alfredo de Jesus in April 4, 1996, Martin Alejandro December 15, 1997, and last but least Alexa Berenice on August 14, 2003 “Daddy’s Little Girl”.
