Mr. Burnon H. Bartlett, age 83, of Dothan, died Friday evening, January 11, 2008, in Flowers Hospital. Funeral services will be 2:00 P. M. Monday, January 14, 2008, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home of Ozark with Pastor Greg Doss officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Memorial Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 12:30 P. M. until service time. Mr. Bartlett was born November 2, 1924 in Ozark to the late Maxie Moore Bartlett and Andy Bartlett. He lived in Montgomery from February 1953 until November 1990, where he worked with the Veterans Administration at the Veterans Hospital until his retirement in 1990. He and his late wife, Imogene Woodham Bartlett, then made their home in Dothan. Survivors include two sisters-in-law, Maxaline Goodson and her husband H. L., and Louise Digraziano and her husband, Joseph, all of Ozark; one brother-in-law, Homer R. Woodham, Jr. and his wife, Dottie of Ozark. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. Flowers will be omitted and memorials may be made to Westview Memorial Cemetery Association, P. O. Box 484, Ozark, Alabama 36361. Service Information
