Mrs. Mills was a native and life-long resident of Dale County where she was a homemaker and a member of Ozark First Assembly of God Church. She attended Good Tidings Assembly of God Church in Clopton, Alabama. In 1976 Mrs. Mills graduated from Carroll High School.
