Mr. Martin was a native of Georgetown, South Carolina where he graduated from Winyah High School. He served in the United States Army in Germany during the Vietnam Era. He then moved to the Enterprise and Ozark area and began working as a truck driver. He enjoyed woodwork and fishing. His father, Willie Hobson Martin, one sister, Donna Sue Adams, and one brother, Edward Lee Martin, preceded him in death.
