Obituary of Maria Jeanette Mechelina Cain

Mrs. Maria “Mia” Jeannette Mechelina Meijer Cain, a resident of Ozark, died Sunday, July 1, 2018, at her home. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, July 5, 2018 in the Westview Memorial Cemetery Chapel with Pastor Peter Brent officiating. Interment will follow, Holman Funeral Home and Cremations of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends Thursday in the Westview Memorial Cemetery Chapel from 9:30 A.M. until service time. Mrs. Cain was born March 5, 1942 in Eindhoven, Netherlands to the late Johannes Petrus Meijer and Mechelina Woutrina Strijb Meijer. Survivors include her husband, Vernon Mizell Cain; two daughters, Melinda Dianne (Foshee) Loudermilk and Donna Michelle Meijer Boatwright; one son, Paul Edwin Foshee; one brother, Rinus Meijer; eight grandchildren, Lee Austin Foshee, Cameron Paul Foshee, Carson James Foshee, Nicholas Dwayne Gill, Christopher James Gill, Stevi Alexis Loudermilk, Breanne Michelle Boatwright, and Daniel Lee Cain West; four great grandchildren, Taylor Lee Foshee, Jaden Paul Foshee, Arabella Grace Jeannette Boatwright, and Katelijn Saree West. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Paralyzed Veterans of America, 801 Eighteenth Street NW, Washington, DC 20006-3517.
