Obituary of Nell Clark Ketcham

Mrs. Nell Clark Ketcham, age 76, of Elamville, died Tuesday morning, May 30, 2006, at Troy Health and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be 2:00 P. M. Thursday, June 1, 2006, from Elam Baptist Church with Reverend George A. Thompson, Jr. and Reverend Joe Underwood officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends in the Church Thursday from 12:30 P. M. until service time. Mrs. Ketcham was born January 24, 1930 to the late John Wesley Clark and Iantha Tindell Clark. She worked as a dietician with the Ariton School System until her retirement. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Paul Eugene Ketcham. Survivors include her daughter, Paula Kay Yancey and her husband, Thad of Troy, three sons, Randy Ketcham and his wife, Paula C. of Houston, Texas, Ricky Ketcham of Elamville, and Jason Ketcham of Clayton, one brother, Reverend John Clark and his wife, Mary K. of Taylor, four grandchildren, Lydia Yancey of Mobile, Mark Yancey of Troy, Eathan Ketcham and Clayton Ketcham of Houston, Texas, two sisters-in-law, Lillian Hartzog of Elamville and Myrtle Ketcham of Ariton. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made in her memory to Elam Baptist Church Building Fund, 55 Danny Road, Ariton, Alabama 36311, or to Alzheimer's Resource Center, P. O.
