Mrs. Mary Carolyn Grantham Edmondson, 75, of Jack, Alabama, formerly of Ozark, died Monday, December 11, 2017, at her home. Funeral services will be 2:00 P. M. Wednesday, December 13, 2017, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home and Cremations in Ozark with Reverend Donnie Marler and Reverend Don Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Post Oak Baptist Church Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Ozark Wednesday from 1:00 P.M. until service time. Mrs. Edmondson was born March 31, 1942, in Ozark, Alabama, to the late Paul and Gertie Thompson Grantham. She worked as Director of Housekeeping with Dale Medical Center in Ozark until her retirement. She was a member of Post Oak Baptist Church for thirty-three years. Survivors include her husband, Ira J. Edmondson of Jack, Alabama; one son and daughter-in-law, Lyn and Wanda Edmondson; one daughter, Kellie Edmondson; six grandchildren, Jonah Edmondson Anna Taylor, Mellisa McCulligh, Cerralee Edmondson, Keely Edmondson, and Tookie Edmondson; three great grandchildren; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Deb and Rick Sanders of Rocky Head, Merle and Dwight Baker of Luverne.
