Mrs. Elsie Mae Jolly, 82, of Ozark, died Wednesday morning, April 20, 2005, in Dale Medical Center. Funeral services will be 2:00 P. M. Monday, April 25, 2005, from St. Paul A. M. E. Church with Reverend H. J. Fitchard officiating. Interment will follow in Little Zion Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at Holman Funeral Home in Ozark from 3:00 P. M. until 5:00 P. M. Sunday afternoon, April 24, 2005. Mrs. Jolly was born January 13, 1923 to the late Lela Ophelia Matthews Flowers and Roscoe Flowers. She was a faithful member of St. Paul A. M. E. Church where she served as an Usher. She had worked for Dr. N. W. Holman for 34 years continuing her work with his son until becoming ill in February. In earlier years she had worked with the H. C. Dowling family in Ozark. Survivors include two daughters, Ruby Bryant and her husband, COL. (Ret.) Calvin Bryant, Jr., Southriding, Virginia, and Edna Skates, Ozark, one son, SFC (Ret.) George Jolly and his wife, Carolyn, Columbus, Georgia, two sisters, Eunice Sistrunk and Bessie Faniel and her husband, Willie, Ozark, two brothers, Reverend Kennes Flowers and Curtis Flowers, Ozark.
