Ellen and I are saddened to hear of Charles passing. Please know all of you have our full condolences. Charles and I served together on the Boards of USA and USA Foundation, which covered a long period of time. He was an able thinker, an able attorney and was very useful as the holder of several offices, including that of Circuit Judge. We shall all miss him. Aubrey & Ellen Green York, Alabama
