Mrs. Edwards was a native of Black, Alabama. She worked with the Ozark School System at Carroll High School and at Fort Rucker Elementery School until her retirement. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Dalton Edwards, her parents, Daisy Harrell Dunn and Richard Kirkland Dunn, and six brothers, Roy Howard Dunn, Buddy Dunn, Billy Dykes Dunn, Marvin Dunn, Roscoe Dunn, and Buck Dunn.
