Mrs. Hale was born and raised in Ozark where she was a homemaker. She was a member of Ozark Baptist Church for over 45 years and a member of the Lydia Sunday School Class. She was an avid seamstress, enjoyed crocheting, arts and crafts. Her outside interests were gardening and fishing. She loved flowers. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Andrews Blackmon and Alto Blackmon.
