Joanne and family, my heart breaks for you losing such a sweet mama and grandmother. I loved Miss Ann as we called her in the store. She would come in and always give us a smile and a big hug ! She was smiling everywhere you saw her it didn't matter any time of day. Joanne you were the BEST DAUGHTER she could ever ask for on this earth. Always remember that now and in the future. We will miss her but know her job on this earth was done and she has received her heavenly crown and God has said well done my child. We will see her again is the promise from God.

Surprised and saddened to see the death of Mrs Ann. She was always so sweet. I was with her one day at the same hair salon. She had her hair put up in her usual bun. It reminded me of my grandmother who wore her hair in a braided bun. Will be praying for your family. I know the firm foundation of Faith that Mrs Ann held and pray for God's grace to carry you through this sad time! Much love from Greg and Sandra Pritchett

I'm so sorry for your loss, I've never known finer people in the 28 years I've knew them, than Annie and her family, I know that heaven certainly is having a grand time with Annie and Mrs Maude leading that reunion. She will be greatly missed, but the legacy she left will live on forever. The Heritage she gave each of you far out ways money. She loved each of you completely and without conditions. My heart is full for you each one as you've lost a precious part of your life. Annie will now live on through each one of you. May God bless you all and comfort you through your grief.

A beautiful social butterfly, as most of us have known Annie, has received her Angel wings to Heaven to be in the arms of our Lord. I, as well as many others will miss her greatly. I will cherish the memories over fifty years of our families knowing and living near one another in the cotton mill village area. To Joanne, Norman Jr. and family, you will be in my thoughts and prayers as you lay your momma to rest in peace.

Heaven is brighter now that Miss Ann has arrived...but our world will be dimmer without her in it. In all my life I never knew a sweeter, more Godly woman...growing up in First Assembly of God Church, she treated me like another daughter and I loved her so...Prayers of comfort for you all....

Our world is now a little dimmer without that ray of sunshine when she smiled. I am going to miss her waving to my husband and I when we were sitting on the porch as she drove on Bingham Ave. Ms. Ann is resting in her saviors arms.
