Obituary of Susie Stephens Frances McCall

Mrs. Susie Frances Stephens McCall, 98, of Skipperville, died Sunday, July 17, 2016, in Ozark Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A. M. Tuesday, July 19, 2016, from Salem Baptist Church with Reverend Harold Peters officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery, Holman Funeral Home and Cremations of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the church Tuesday morning from 9:30 A.M. until service time.
Mrs. McCall was born February 4, 1918, in Dale County, Alabama, to the late Charles Madison Stephens and Minnie Belle Shirah Stephens. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church. Mrs. McCall was the caregiver for her father, brother, and grandchildren. She worked for Van Heusen, Inc. in Ozark. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Cullen Stephens.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Dorothy and Abner J. Morris of Albany, Georgia; one son and daughter-in-law, Don and Margie McCall of Skipperville; grandchildren, Abby Sanders, Amy Cunningham (Scott), Melinda Henley (Adam); one step-grandson, David Morris (Ann). Several great grandchildren also survive.
