Mrs. Paula Denise Ardis Reynolds, 41, of Ozark, departed this life Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at her home. Funeral services will be 11:00 A. M. Monday, March 11, 2013, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home of Ozark with Arch Bishop Carl McComb officiating. Interment will follow in Greater Old Salem Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 3:00 P. M. until 5:00 P. M. Mrs. Reynolds was born December 19, 1971 in Ozark. She graduated from Carroll High School in 1990, and worked with Amedisys Home Health Care and Dale Medical Center Home Health as a Home Health Nursing Assistant. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Nathaniel Smith. Survivors include her husband of 13 years, Sedrick Reynolds; her Mother, Pearl Ardis Camper; one daughter, Eboni Monique Reynolds; two sons, Christopher Shawn Taylor and Sedrick Reynolds, Jr. all of Ozark; her Mother-In-Law, Louise Reynolds of Ozark; four sisters, Pamela Ardis of Fayetteville, NC, Marsha Ransom, Kechia Eutsey, and Regina Wilson all of Ozark; one sister-in-law, Maxine Williams (Napoleon); five brothers-in-law, Sammie L. Reynolds (Elizabeth), Dwaine D. Reynolds (Darlene), Deric Reynolds (Sabrina), Eric Reynolds (Monica), and Samuel Hinton. Seven aunts, two uncles, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive. Special recognitions to Dr. Stokes, Dr. Brown, Dr. Barnes in Birmingham, Dr. Williams, Amedisys Home Health Care, First Choice Hospice, and all caregivers. Service Information
