Mrs. Sandra Lorraine Smith Billings, age 47, of Prattville, died Wednesday, July 25, 2012, in Flowers Hospital. Funeral services will be 11:00 A. M. Monday, July 30, 2012, from the Church of God By Faith with Pastor Fred Gray officiating. Interment will follow in Greater Old Salem Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. Mrs. Billings' body will be placed in the church one hour prior to service time Monday. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 3:00 P. M. until 5:00 P. M. Mrs. Billings was born August 9, 1964 in Henry County, Alabama. She was a 1982 graduate of G. W. Long High School and was employed with Lister Hill Health Center and Electronic Data Systems in Montgomery as office manager. Mrs. Billings was a member of the First Missionary Baptist Church in Prattville where she served as Youth Director, Activities Coordinator, and sang in the choir. Survivors include her husband of 26 years, Lester Lee Billings of Prattville; one daughter, April Lorraine Sowells of Deatsville, Alabama; one son, Keith Lee Billings of Valdosta, Georgia; her parents, Frankie Lee Smith and Mary Lois Owens Smith of Skipperville; one sister and brother-in-law, Cathy and Maurice Symister of Atlanta, Georgia; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Frankie Lee Smith, Jr. and Tafayia of Ozark, Christopher and Simone Smith of Ozark; three grandchildren, Deshawn, Alondra, and Syreese; and a host of relatives and friends.
