I'm thankful for the years I got to work with Billy at our Ozark office. I rode with Billy and trained with him out on Rural Route 1. I could see how much his people thought of him. He told me, "Take good care of your people, and they'll take care of you." Billy Joe Hancock cared. He was "old school". Billy was a good man, and a good friend. I will miss him.
