Obituary of Errol Stanley Arthur Simmons, Jr.

Mr. Errol “Radar" Stanley Arthur Simmons, Jr., 47, a resident of Ozark, died Thursday, August 22, 2019, at his home.

A memorial service for Mr. Simmons will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday, August 29, 2019, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home and Cremations in Ozark, Holman Funeral of Ozark directing. 

Mr. Simmons was born May 30, 1972 in Fort Rucker, Alabama to the late Errol Stanley Arthur Simmons and Margaret Legge Simmons. He was a graduate of Carroll High School and Alabama Aviation and  Technical College with an Airframe and Powerplant License. Mr. Simmons began his aviation career with Pemco which later became Commercial Jet.  Errol received many accolades with Pemco, including a diamond pin.  He enjoyed cooking, Anime (Japanese Comics), music, gardening and firearms. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill Mills and Mike Simmons.   Survivors include one sister, Jocelyn “Lynn” Mills of Atlanta; two brothers, Harry Mills of Ozark, and Frank Simmons (Teresa) of Berkley Springs, West Virginia. Two nieces and three nephews also survive.
