I just found out, via Ben Craig, that Margaret had passed away. She certainly was well loved by all the Craig family. Sadly, many of us lost track of where she was in recent years. Her brother, Hubert Craig & wife (Pat Craig) last visited her in her home in Ozark in 2010 when Hubert was 91 years old. She prepared some great, delicious meals and we enjoyed reminiscing over their childhood in Birmingham and discussing many things concerning the Craig family (Margaret had a number of things that had belonged to their father). We also enjoyed her beautiful yard and were amazed at all the gardening she did. Her brother, Hubert, absolutely adored his "baby sister". I remember Margret as being a beautiful lady from the inside out......both her heart and her physical appearance. She was one sweet lady. Now Hubert can enjoy his baby sister in heaven. There were 7 children in the Craig family with Margaret being the youngest. The 3 youngest, Hubert, who died of congestive heart failure in 2015 at the age of 96, Elbert who died of cancer in 2006?, and Margaret in 2020. As for the Craig family, I'm the only one left, wife of Hubert Craig, but there are a lot of cousins, the grandchildren of Earl & Pearl, who carry on the wonderful legacy of the Craig family.
