Obituary of Susan Copeland Crane

Mrs. Linda Susan Crane, 71, of The Villages, Florida passed away Monday, August 1, 2022. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, August 4, 2022, from Harden/Pauli Funeral Home in Eustis, Florida and 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 9, 2022, from the chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark is in charge of local arrangements. Mrs. Crane was born in Pensacola, Florida to the late Lee Roy Copeland and Rose June McGinnis Copeland. She lived her early years in Ozark, Alabama where she graduated from Carroll High School in 1969 and attended Troy University where she met her husband, Ron. They lived in Roswell, Georgia for over 40 years prior to moving to The Villages in 2012. She worked as a Real Estate Agent and was a Church of God member. Susan loved being around people and was always rooting for the underdog. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Ron Crane, The Villages, Florida; 2 sons, Todd (Mia) Crane, Colorado Springs, Colorado, Chad (Lauren) Crane, Cumming, Georgia; 2 sisters, Cheryl Roessel and Lisa Cauthen, both of Ozark; half-brother, Don Rast, Bentonville, Arkansas; 5 grandchildren, Chase, Aspen, Rilynn, Kinley and Colton.
