Terrell was a good friend and always such a joy to see! One time At our local Dollar General, I needed to write a check and I didn’t have ID with me and he told that guy what reliable person he thought I was but no I couldn’t use that check! Then Terrell said let him pay and I could pay him. I was flustered and didn’t do it but Terrell was a good friend. I always loved seeing Diane and him! Lots of love to the family!

There is not a person I know of that when they met Mr. Terrell they did not fall in love with him or Mrs. Diane! I have know him all my life and his was a remarkable, loving, and caring person! He and my dad were good friends growing up and drove trucks with the same company or different companies for years! Every time I seen him, he would say to me, “There is Mrs. Texas and when you moving back?” Of course we would go back and forth a bit! In the end I was laughing at him and if Mrs. Diane was with him laughing harder cause she was getting own to him! My prayers are with Mrs. Diane, Bebe, Scotty, Rusty, and Nicki and the rest of the family! He will be greatly missed by us all! We love each of you very much! My heart is with each of you! RIP T. A beautiful eulogy to Terrell. He will not soon be forgotten. It is hard to be sad because of all of the wonderful memories we have. I can only think that he ran through the gates of heaven looking for his family and friends who were waiting to greet him. It will be sad here on earth to not hear some of his stories and hear him laugh but he is home now in that beautiful place we all long to be. To Diane and family just know that we know how you are feeling right now. Death seems so final but for someone who has a relationship with God it is just the beginning of the life we all look forward to. Tom, Sandra and Chuck Cruikshank

Terrell will be missed by a lot of people and family along with us. We know Terrell's soul is resting in peace with our Heavenly Father our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and is reunited with all the family that has preceded him. Dianne, may you and all the family receive your comfort through your faith. We thank God for the life of Terrell Moody Barefoot.

Terrell called me out of the blue recently and that led to a great reunion with He, Larry, Diann and Ann Dykes. I am glad he made that call as it had been decades since we had been in the same place at the same time . We sadly made tentative plans for further get togethers Terrell was a great person and will be missed by myself and I am sure a multitude of others.. . Joseph A Barefoot Lt Col USAF (ret)
