I am sad to hear of Bill's (Capt.. Moore) passing. He was a good mentor and even better friend during our time at the Enterprise Police Department. I learned a lot from him. I wish I had taken the time to have a conversation with him in recent years. Rae, Sheryl and I send our condolences to you and your family. Prayers for all of you.
