Ms. Garrow was so very special to my family and me. I cared for her for several years, and I will miss her like crazy. I’m so sad because I just got back here from Virginia, and she is the first person I tried to reach. She was like none other—a very tough lady with such a kind heart, and an amazing sense of humor!
