How my heart hurt when I learned of Betty's death. Ronald know my thoughts an prayers are with you as the road you walk. I walked the same road in March of 2021 and I still find it a hard road to walk.
My wonderful memories of you and Betty are Number 1. The day she called and we made plans for you to come to the big city of Albany, Ga for a lunch date. What a wonderful day it was for Betty and me. We tried to cram many, many years of family memories into a few hours. Poor things you and Paul were left to try to make conversation as perfect strangers. I think you two handle that task quite will.
Number 2 beautiful memories of Betty and you sharing lunch with us at your lake place in Alabama. We almost had a small family reunion. My brother William (Bill) Taylor Parrish and a cousin from the Atlanta area Larry Parrish drove down together and our daughter Laura and son-in-law Farron Pasteka. I remember the delicious tacos we share as well as the time around the table. It was soon time to leave that restful and pleasant time at the lake and head home. We spent saying several good byes just to make our time together last a little longer. Again please know I am thinking about you and your family. Be sure to tell you rest of your beautiful family just who this Nan Jones happens to be down here in Georgia. I was a cousin of Betty's.
