Snell family, I am so sorry to hear about Uncle Don passing. I was truly blessed to be living next door to all of you for so many years and hanging out with Don and you all was unforgettable! My most favorite memory will be of how he reacted when the first deer I ever got was a 10 point. The look on his face was priceless and treasured. My best to all of you. The Lord truly has another talented carpenter in his stable!

What a great man Don was over the years I have known him. He was well respected in the community as a home builder and how he proved his abilities over the years of his perfection he exhibited as a master builder. Don has a place in the hearts of many people of Dale and sounding counties for making their home special . I know all his family will receive your comfort through your faith. We thank God for the life of Donald "Don" Snell.

Don’s family, his friends, the Morgan Baptist church family, and entire Skipperville community will no doubt feel a void forever without this humble, loving, God-fearing, giving, hardworking, talented, smart, gentle soul out and about sharing a hello, handshake, or a hug with everyone he meets. He poured his heart and soul into The Lord’s work and into loving his faithful and beautiful wife . He was happiest at home ~ their little piece of heaven on Earth they built together. Aunt Virginia and Don, you filled a void in our lives. You stepped in as grandparents to my boys and parents to me. You are our biggest cheerleaders and prayer warriors. You love big and deep, and for that we are blessed beyond measure. ”Your boy,” Tal, will miss your hugs, knuckles, milkshakes, and you supporting him at all of his games. I will miss your hugs and you gripping my hands with both of yours and looking at me with a little nod and whispering “I love ya.” That is what I look forward to at the gate when we meet again one day.
