Mrs. Catherine Goolsby Riffee, a resident of Ozark, passed away Monday, December 2, 2024, at her home. She was 77 years old.

A private memorial service for Mrs. Riffee will be held at a later date. Holman Funeral Home of Ozark has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Mrs. Riffee was born July 14, 1947 in Dale County, Alabama to the late William Calvin Goolsby and Bessie Mae Paramore Goolsby. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, David Goolsby.

She is survived by her husband, Larry M. Riffee; three sons, Norman Spurling, Edward Spurling and Tim Riffee; three sisters, Barbara Risden, Sandra White and Angie Goolsby; three brothers, Gene Goolsby, Gordon Goolsby and Jackie Goolsby.
