Obituary of JoAnn Tucker Grantham

Mrs. JoAnn Tucker Grantham, 75, of Ozark, died Thursday, April 14, 2016, in Dale Medical Center. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 16, 2016, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home and Cremations in Ozark with Pastor Keener Batchelor officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 5:00 P. M. until 7:00 P. M. Mrs. Grantham was born June 13, 1940 in Thomaston, Georgia where she met her late husband. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bethel Leon Tucker and Alice Mae Clements Tucker; her husband, Charles Guy Grantham, Sr.; her daughter, Karla Grantham Sawls; one sister, Mavis Grantham; and one brother, Gary Leon Tucker. Survivors include three daughters and two sons-in-law, Kim and Norman Gene Goolsby, Kyla Smith, Kerry and Roland Leon Weldon, Jr.; one son and daughter-in-law, Charles Guy “Buddy” Grantham, Jr. and Belinda; one sister, Brenice Brown. Sixteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Vivian B. Adams School, 2047 Stuart Tarter Road, Ozark, Alabama 36360. Service Information
