Mr. Wayne Theo Holtsclaw, age 69, of Ozark, died Saturday, May 18, 2013, in Troy Regional Medical Center.
A memorial service for Mr. Holtsclaw will be held at a later date to be announced through Holman Funeral Home of Ozark.
Mr. Holtsclaw was born July 28, 1943 in Craighead County, Arkansas.
Survivors include seven children Katina Andrews, Jennifer M. Crowder, Michelle Lee Holtsclaw, Rhonda Fay Raymond, Donna Lee Ranson, Barbara Lin Holtsclaw, and Danny Wayne Holtsclaw. Several grandchildren also survive.
