Mrs. Myra Wolf Wallace, age 90, of Ozark, died Thursday, November 24, 2011, in Dale Medical Center.
The family will receive friends at Holman Funeral Home in Ozark Saturday, December 3, 2011, from 3:00 P. M. until 5:30 P. M. A family funeral service will be graveside 3:00 P. M. Wednesday, December 7, 2011, in Hagerman Cemetery in Hagerman, New Mexico, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing.
Mrs. Wallace was born August 18, 1921 in Center, Colorado to the late Wallace Jerome Wolf and Ella Zenobia Popp Wallace. She lived most of her life in Hobbs, New Mexico and moved to Ozark in 2007. Mrs. Wallace was a member of the Ocotillo Women's Golf Association, the Lower Plains Golf Association and the Hole in One Club.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth James Wallace in 1962, and her husband, Jimmy Claire Wallace in 1992, as well as four sisters and three brothers.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Danny Doss of Ozark;
one brother, George Wolf of Alamosa, Colorado.
Five grandchildren and five great grandchildren also survive.
