Obituary of Myrtle Faulk Ketcham

Mrs. Myrtle Lee Faulk Ketcham, age 76, of Ariton, died Friday, January 27, 2012 at the home of her daughter in Dothan. Funeral services will be 2:30 P. M. Sunday, January 29, 2012, from Elam Baptist Church with Reverend George Thompson, Jr. and Reverend Joe Underwood officiating. Interment will follow in Elam Baptist Church Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends Sunday at the church from 1:00 P. M. until service time. Mrs. Ketcham was born October 23, 1935 in Clio, Alabama to the late William and Easter Batchlor Faulk. She worked with Civil Service as a Computer Analyst until her retirement. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Burke Ketcham. Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Drs. Kathryn and Jonas Salna of Dothan, Sonya Lee Ketcham of Ariton; one son and daughter-in-law, Sandy and Wanda Ketcham of Ariton; one sister, Sara M. Thompson of Little Rock, Arkansas; one brother and sister-in-law, Billy F. and Jean Faulk of Clio; six grandchildren, Jay and Janina Salna, Casey and Kim Ketcham, Miranda Sutton, and Gabriel Sutton.
