Mr. Ore Johns, age 80, of Ozark, died Monday morning, February 23, 2009 in Dale Medical Center. Funeral services will be 2:30 P.M. Wednesday in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark with Reverend Jim Peters officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 P. M. Wednesday until service time. Mr. Johns was born March 14, 1928 in Dale County to the late Willie Mae Johnson Johns and William Brown Johns. Orea had worked with Madison Construction Company for 30 years and with Fred Peters Poultry Farm for the past 22 years. Survivors include two brothers, Mr. Jesse Johns and Mr. Elbert Johns, both of Ozark. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
