Mr. Larry Lamar Hutto, age 57, of the Bertha Community, died Saturday morning, March 8, 2008, in Flowers Hospital. Funeral services will be 11:00 A. M. Monday, March 10, 2008, from Wesley Chapel Community Church with Reverend Terriel Andrews and Reverend Jerry Glover officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 P. M. until 7:00 P. M. Sunday evening. Mr. Hutto was born August 17, 1950 in Abbeville to the late Bessie Norton Hutto and Sam Hutto. He lived in the Bertha Community since 1972 and retired from Georgia Pacific in Cedar Springs, Georgia following 30 years of service. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in Vietnam. Mr. Hutto was an avid fisherman and was a caregiver to anyone in need in the community. Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Diane Glover Hutto of the Bertha Community; one son, Michael Hutto of Wetumpka, Alabama; one sister and brother-in-law, Teresa and Robert Smith of Haleburg; two brothers, Leon Hutto and Aaron Hutto of Abbeville; special friends, Bill and Bonnie Blankenship; Several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and a special cousin, Ashtin Tillis also survive.
