James was a fine man and will be missed. My father was George Kelley and was first cousins to James' father. Due to health reasons I was unable to attend the funneral. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Mr. James was such a big part of my chilhood - I think I spent as much time at your house as I did at mine! My heart hurts for y'all and I am so sorry I can't be there to tell you in person. Please know y'all are in my thoughts and prayers and May God give you strength and peace at this time.

My wife and i worked under Mr Kelley in Troy at the Department Of Transportation and found him to be very fair at his job and we found him to be a very good friend. We will miss him and will also be praying for the family.GOD BLESS!
