Miss Allison Grace Camarata, age 4, of Dothan, died Wednesday, November 12, 2014 in Flowers Hospital.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A. M. Saturday, November 15, 2014, in the First Baptist Church of Level Plains with Reverend Mike Foreman officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with Holman Funeral Home and Cremations of Ozark officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Ozark Friday from 5:00 P. M. until 7:00 P. M.
Allison was born March 26, 2010 in Dothan, Alabama.
Survivors include her mother and step-father, Megan and Blake Metcalf of Dothan;
her father and step-mother, William and Jessica Camarata of Skipperville;
maternal grandparents, Lester and Tina Chain of Echo;
paternal grandparents, Bill and JoAnn Camarata of Skipperville;
three sisters, Kaylee Camarata, Jasmine Metcalf, and Whitney Metcalf;
one brother, Blake Jeffcoat.
