Mrs. Clara Hutto Weed, 93, of Ozark, passed away Monday, January 28, 2013, in Oakview Manor Nursing Facility. Funeral services will be 2:00 P. M. Thursday, January 31, 2013, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark with Reverend Joe Underwood officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday one hour prior to service time. Mrs. Weed was born June 12, 1919 in Dale County to the late Albert Hutto and Alice Ethel Godwin Arnett. She was a member of Rocky Head Baptist Church in Ariton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Norris Weed; one sister, Francis Hutto Walker; one brother, Barney Hutto. Survivors include one daughter, Elnora Weed Aschoff of Ocean Park, Washington; one son, Bill Weed (Diane) of Ozark; six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and a special friend, John Robert Pritchett. Serving as active pallbearers will be Robert Pritchett, Tim Walker, Hill Walker, Steve Underwood, Billy Phillips, and Thomas Metcalf. Service Information
