Mrs. Rosa Shaver Davis, age 84, of Ozark died Saturday, May 01, 2010, in Dale Medical Center. Graveside funeral services will be 10:00 A. M. Wednesday, May 5, 2010 in Westview Memorial Cemetery. Interment will follow, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 P. M. until 8:00 P. M. Tuesday evening. Mrs. Davis was born July 18, 1925 in Lenox, Kentucky to the late James Edward and Clara Ellen Riggsby Shaver. She lived in various locations while her husband served in the United States Air Force, and had made her home in Ozark since 1972. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Davis, Sr.; and her son-in-law, Lex R. Morrill, Sr. Survivors include her daughter, Myra Rose Morrill of Ozark; two sons and daughters-in-law, John H. Davis, Jr. and his wife, Beverly of Kyburz, California, Donald Allen Davis and his wife, Terrie of Selma, California. Numerous grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren also survive.
