Mr. William Noah "Bill" Paramore, age 84, of Ariton, died Friday, September 12, 2008, in Ozark Health and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be 10:30 A. M. Monday, September 15, 2008 from Ariton United Methodist Church with Reverend Greg Brown and Reverend Anita Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Universalist Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3:00 P. M. until 5:00 P. M. Sunday afternoon. His body will be placed in the Church one hour prior to service time on Monday. Mr. Paramore was born February 25, 1924 in Ariton to the late Minnie Mae Wynn Paramore and Willie Alexander Paramore. He served in the United States Air Force for twenty-two years until his retirement. Following his military service, he worked with Civil Service at Fort Rucker in the Fire Department. In addition to his parents, Mr. Paramore was preceded in death by his wife, Dovie Rebecca Parrish Paramore. Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Ken Paramore, Steve and Tammy Paramore all of Ariton; one sister, Mary Vic Paramore of Ariton. Seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren also survive. Service Information
