Mr. Bernard Richard Miller, age 83, of Ozark, died Sunday, March 25, 2012, in Flowers Hospital.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Mr. Miller will be held 10:00 A. M. Wednesday, March 28, 2012, in St. John The Evangelist Catholic Church with Reverend Paul Egby and Deacon John Ross officiating, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the church following the service.
Mr. Miller was born August 12, 1928, in Hamtramck, Michigan to the late Bernard Michael Miller and Amanda Helen Nalbock Miller. He served in the United States Army Air Corp and worked as an Electrical Engineer with Western Electric. He later settled in Ozark and opened Pool and Patio.
Survivors include his wife, Geraldine "Geri" Catherine Miller of Ozark;
five daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon and Mark Poovey of Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina, Susan Yelvington of Bunnell, Florida, Elizabeth and Terry Eberhart of Salsbury, Maryland, Katie and Bill Warmath of Summerfield, North Carolina, Eileen and Wil Simonton of Hobbs, New Mexico;one son, Bernard Richard Miller, Jr. of Ozark; one sister, Pat Lamarche of Las Cruces, New Mexico. Ten grandchildren also survive.
