Mrs. Callie Leger Sullivan, age 91, of Ozark died early Saturday afternoon, March 1, 2008, at her home following an extended illness. Funeral services will be 11:00 A. M. Wednesday, March 5, 2008, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home of Ozark with Reverend Harry Circle officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 P. M. until 7:00 P. M. Tuesday evening. Mrs. Sullivan was born September 3, 1916 in Dale County to the late Joseph and Lonnie Leger. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Sullivan is preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Coley Sullivan, her son-in-law, Harvey Hamilton, her grandson, Harvey Hamilton, Jr., two sisters, Katie Overstreet and Willie Lee Carter, and one brother, J. T. Leger. Survivors include one daughter, Betty Hamilton of Enterprise; one son and daughter-in-law, Coley Sullivan, Jr. and his wife, LeAnn of Garner, North Carolina; two sisters-in-law, Mittie Leger of Hartford and Iva Weeks of Ozark; three grandchildren, Lisa Sadie and her husband, John, B. J. Blackwell, Jr. and his wife, Cassie, and Coley Sullivan III; four great grandchildren, James Sadie, Anna Sadie, Caleb Blackwell, and Katelyn Blackwell. Beloved nieces and nephews also survive. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Ozark Baptist Church, 282 South Union Avenue, Ozark, Alabama 36360.
