Mr. Billy Reece Beasley, Sr., age 69, of Ochlocknee, Georgia, died Wednesday, February 2, 2011, in Spring Hill, Florida. Funeral services will be 2:00 P. M. Saturday, February 5, 2011, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark with Reverend David Walsh officiating. Interment will follow in Center Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends Saturday at the funeral home from 12:00 Noon until service time. Mr. Beasley was born August 26, 1941 in Ariton to Annie Laura Griggs Beasley and the late James Tarpley Beasley. In addition to this father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Curlie Beasley. Survivors include his wife, Sarah Ann Dunn Beasley of Moultrie, Georgia; one daughter and son-in-law, Julie Ann and Mark Buckman of Hendersonville, North Carolina; four sons and daughters-in-law, Bill Beasley, Jr. and Julie of Springhill, Florida, Greg and Sherry Beasley of Tampa, Florida, Robert and Shara Beasley of Brandon, Florida, Mike and Mary Beasley of Brandon, Florida; his Mother, Annie Laura Beasley of Blairsville, Georgia; three brothers, Jack Beasley of Young Harris, Georgia, Jim Beasley of Marietta, Georgia, and Larry Beasley of Lutz, Florida. Thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren also survive. Service Information
