Obituary of Fred Lee Hagler

Mr. Fred Lee Hagler, age 68, of Ozark, died Wednesday evening, June 15, 2011, in Flowers Hospital.
Funeral services will be 3:00 P. M. Saturday, June 18, 2011, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark with Reverend Harry Circle officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 1:30 P. M. until service time.
Mr. Hagler was born December 18, 1942 in Dale County to the late Erwin Emmett Hagler and Carrie V. Roberts Hagler. He served in the United States Army and was a Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. Mr. Hagler worked with the Dale County Road and Bridge Department. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Ann Hagler Woods; three brothers, James Hagler, Lawrence Hagler, and Arthur Hagler.
Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Ruth A. Hagler of Ozark;
one son, Curtis Lee Cole of Ozark;
four sisters and one brother-in-law, Edna Roberts of Skipperville, Luvena Bludsworth of Elba, Ruby and Douglas Strickland of Enterprise, and Christine Carr of Ozark;
four brothers and three sisters-in-law, Collie and Mary Ann Hagler of Wyoming, Comer and Pearl Hagler of Clio, George and Cindie Hagler of Newton, Douglas Hagler of Texas;
three sisters-in-law, Marilyn Hagler of Ozark, Jean Hagler of Santa Rosa, California, and Grace Hagler of Panama City.
