Obituary of Margo Eleanor Menger

Margo Pattison Menger, age 30, of Ozark, Alabama, died on Tuesday, March 30, 2010, in Dale Medical Center. A memorial service for Mrs. Menger will be held 4:00 P.M. Friday, April 2, 2010 at Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Ozark with Reverend Jim Hill officiating, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the church following the service on Friday. A second service will be held at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Hanover, New Hampshire at 11:00 A.M. April 20, 2010, followed by a luncheon reception. There will be an interment in Pine Knoll Cemetery in Hanover. Mrs. Menger was born August 6, 1979 in Hanover, New Hampshire to Anne Warren Pattison and the late Brian Edwin Pattison. She graduated from Hanover High School in 1998 and Skidmore College in 2002 with a B.A. in Geology. She received her Masters in Theology Degree from Liberty University in August 2009. Margo was married to Benjamin Menger son of Helga and Benjamin Menger of Grafton, New Hampshire on April 8, 2005. The young couple moved to Killeen, Texas where Ben was stationed at Fort Hood. Daughter Tahiri was born in 2006. Once Ben was honorably discharged from the Army, the family moved to Ozark. Mrs. Menger had lived in Ozark for the past three years where she was an active member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Benjamin Menger of Ozark; a daughter, Tahiri Melissa Menger of Ozark; her mother, Anne Warren Pattison of Hanover, New Hampshire; three sisters, Jennifer Gilvar of Texas, Melissa MacQueen of Colorado, and Georgia David of Oregon; one brother, Keith Pattison of Hanover, New Hampshire.
