Mr. Charles Edward Hyatt, 67, of Ozark, died Wednesday, October 3, 2012, at his home. Funeral services will be 2:00 P. M. Saturday, October 6, 2012, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark with Reverend Floyd Ingram and Reverend Tim Burgess officiating. Interment will follow in Hopeful Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 5:00 P. M. until 7:00 P. M. Mr. Hyatt was born February 3, 1945 in Dale County to the late Jodie Henry Hyatt and Sally Lucille Odom Hyatt. He worked as an automotive mechanic and retired from Gilland Pontiac GMC in Ozark. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother. Survivors include his wife, Shirley Ann Johnson Hyatt of Ozark; three daughters and sons-in-law, Renee and Carl Lott of Jack, Alabama, Lynn and Buddy Smith of Ozark, Sandy and Steve Wilson of Ozark; one brother and sister-in-law, Johnny and Shirley Hyatt of Ozark; nine grandchildren, Brandon Knight, Molly Childree, Jarred Lott, Ethan Lott, Sarah Childree, Kaitlyn Turner, Bradley Turner, Jasmine Wilson, and Jordon Wilson. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Service Information
