Rubye, everyone knows a sweet, precious man has gone on to be with Jesus. I know Billy and Ralph are probably fishing and talking about the good ole days. Billy loved Ralph like a father. All my family loved him so much. Our prayers are that the peace of Jesus will surround your whole family in the days ahead. Jesus promised he will never leave us or forsake us.
