Mrs. Carl Elsie "Jim" Jeffcoat, age 86, died Saturday morning, August 13, 2011, in Ozark Health and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be 10:30 A. M. Tuesday, August 16, 2011, from Ozark Baptist Church with Reverend Dr. Steve King and Reverend Harry Circle officiating. Interment will follow at 1:30 P. M. in Green Hills Cemetery in Troy, Alabama, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will be at the funeral home Monday from 5:00 P. M. until 7:00 P. M. Mrs. Jeffcoat was born July 19, 1925 in Troy to the late James Willie Bradley and Lillie Holifield Bradley. She and her late husband, Asa Lambert "Junior" Jeffcoat, Jr., owned and operated Troy Laundry and Cleaners and later One Hour Martinizing Cleaners in Ozark. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Kathleen Bozeman and Irma Shirley. Survivors include one son, Jack Jeffcoat of Ozark; two grandchildren, Jill and Michael Bledsoe of Huntsville, Jason Jeffcoat of Andalusia; four great grandchildren; and one sister and brother-in-law, Dolly and Bill Drinkard of Henderson, Alabama. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Service Information
