Mrs. Nettie Jane Crooks, age 71, of Ozark, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, September 17, 2010, following an extended illness. She passed peacefully with her children at her bedside.
Funeral services will be 10:00 A. M. Tuesday, September 21, 2010, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark with Pastor Robert Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Woodham Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 P. M. until 7:00 P. M. Monday.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Grover Cleveland Crooks.
Survivors include one daughter, Cindy Crooks Johnson of Midland City;
three sons and two daughters-in-law, Mike Crooks, Tim and Kaye Crooks, Steve and Nikki Crooks, all of Ozark;
four sisters, Shirley, Pat, Judy and Marilyn;
five brothers, Buddy, Jim, Rodney, Bo, and Dave.
Twelve grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and several very special friends at Oakview Apartments.
