Mr. Edward Brooks Danford, age 58, of Louisville, died Saturday, December 16, 2006, in Dale Medical Center. Funeral services will be 11:00 A. M. Wednesday, December 20, 2006 from Elam Baptist Church with Reverend Lavon Singleton and Reverend Joe Underwood officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. Mr. Danford's body will be placed in the Church one hour prior to service time on Wednesday. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 P. M. until 7:00 P. M. Tuesday evening. Mr. Danford was born December 10, 1948 in Barbour County to the late Esther Mae Middlebrooks Danford and William Talmadge Danford, Sr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, John David Danford. Survivors include three brothers, William T. "Bill" Danford of Calabash, North Carolina, Robert Danford and his wife, Lisa of Hamilton, Alabama, and O'Neal Danford of Louisville, Alabama. Two nieces and three nephews also survive.
