Obituary of Linda Faye Borden

Mrs. Linda Borden, age 62, of Eufaula, died early Sunday morning, September 24, 2006, in Oakview Health Care Center. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 A. M., Thursday, September 28, 2006, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark with Reverend Harry Circle officiating, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. Mrs. Borden was born December 15, 1943, was raised in Florida and moved to Eufaula, Alabama in 1974 where she resided until her death. She was a homemaker who enjoyed traveling and loved animals, especially her pomeranian Pooh Bear. Mrs. Borden was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Richard Borden, Jr. in 2001. Survivors include her daughter, Melissa Harry and her husband, Richard of Ozark, one son, Terry Borden and his wife, Michelle of Wilsonville, Alabama, three sisters, Barbara Spence of Lake City, Florida, Janice Cummings of Lake City, Florida, and Gail Cleveland of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, five grandchildren, Ashley Harry, Katelynn Harry, Zachery Borden, Jacob Borden, and Hunter Borden. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Dale County Humane Society, P.
