Mrs. Edna Middleton Danner, age 68, of Slocomb, died Wednesday morning, March 29, 2006. Funeral services will be 2:00 P. M. Friday, March 31, 2006, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark with Reverend Harry Circle officiating. Interment will be at 3:30 P. M. Friday in Slocomb City Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 P. M. until 7:00 P. M. Thursday evening. Mrs. Danner was born February 24, 1938 to the late Annie Clyde Lassiter Middleton and Alvin Tommy Middleton and lived in Uriah, Alabama during her early years. Mrs. Danner was a homemaker who loved her children and grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Lomax Danner, her daughter, Catherine Moon Hollis, and two brothers, Albert Middleton and Pete Middleton. Survivors include one daughter, Brenda Jones and her husband, Jack, of Seale, Alabama, four sons, Willis Moon and Ron Chambers of Malvern, Alabama, Sammy Moon of Dothan, and Bert Danner and his wife, Julie of Orlando, Florida, grandchildren, Catherine, Skylar, Katelyn, and Sofia Jones of Seale, Alabama, Amy and Sammy Moon of Dothan, four sisters, Elanor Bailey and her husband, Bill of Mobile, Alice Johnson and her husband, Lamar of Frisco City, Alabama, Sylvalene Jarrell of Bay Minette, Alabama, and Juliete Hadlay of Magnolia Springs, Alabama.
