Mr. Hardin was born January 18, 1929 in London, Ohio. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1946 until his retirement with the rank of Major in 1972. He lived in Florida prior to moving to the Asbury Community in 1996, where he was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church.
